Custom Orders

All custom orders are made to your requested design, size, color, wording, or specifications. Because these items are personalized, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If We Make a Mistake

Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an error caused by our team, such as:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Wrong size sent from our confirmed order details

  • Printing or design mistake made during production

  • Damaged item caused before delivery

We will review the issue and work with you to correct it through a replacement, repair, or suitable solution.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once work has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
