All custom orders are made to your requested design, size, color, wording, or specifications. Because these items are personalized, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an error caused by our team, such as:
Incorrect item received
Wrong size sent from our confirmed order details
Printing or design mistake made during production
Damaged item caused before delivery
We will review the issue and work with you to correct it through a replacement, repair, or suitable solution.
